Pilates or Yoga?
Depending on the result you are looking for pilates or yoga may be better for you. Some people are looking more to be calmer, feel more centered and flexible and yoga may be the best choice for them. People who are looking to become longer and leaner with strong abdominal muscles would probably prefer pilates. If you are not certain, we will start with a consultation to discuss your goals.

How do I know if pilates is working?
Joseph Pilates said that in 10 sessions you would feel different and in 20 sessions your body will change. I have found this to be true and in some cases change is affected even sooner than 10 sessions.
