We were founded back in 2000 with the mission to be a place where anyone can come, get fit and feel healthy. Our holistic approach to fitness sets us apart from any other Pilates Studio based in Southern Bergen County area. We look at the big picture and utilize the concepts of Pilates to embody the needs of the individual. What is PILATES?

The Pilates Method of body conditioning is an exercise system focused on strength, stability and  flexibility. The exercises are performed on specifically designed apparatus such as the Reformer, Cadillac. barrels and the tower. I can provide you with all of these options. As a certified Pilates instructor with over 20 years of experience  I will guide you through the exercises teaching you proper alignment and form. Pilates is appropriate for people of all ages and physical conditions.
